Ordering

Placing Your Order

Orders can be placed online or over the phone with one of our jewelry experts. After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us and we will respond by the next business day. You will receive a second email confirming the shipment and a tracking number to track your shipment once your order is ready.

Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks from purchase date. Some items ship sooner than others. Contact us if your order needs to be rushed. See Shipping section below for more information.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Shaesby Gift Cards.

Order Modification

Need to cancel your order? Enter the wrong shipping address? Need to update a ring size? Give us a call or send us an email as soon as possible – orders are put into production immediately.

If you placed an order over the weekend, we will respond by the next business day to confirm your changes.

Shipping

Standard Shipping

Shaesby offers complimentary ground shipping via UPS within the continental U.S. Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please note UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order by a certain date? If we are able to, we will happily rush your order. Certain styles require a longer lead time. Contact us before placing your order to find out an estimated production time.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge depending on your shipping location.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Japan. Shipping rates will be calculated depending on your location. Simply select Japan under 'Region' when checking out.

Additional Shipping Services and Notices

If you require additional services for your delivery, such as a signature upon receipt, please let us know prior to placing your order by calling 512.453.7671.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by email or phone.

Shaesby will be closed December 24 - January 1. All orders placed during this time will be put into production beginning January 2, 2020.

Exchanges & Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply exchange or return your merchandise within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund.

Exchanges or returns for purchases made on Shaesby.com will not be accepted for return or exchange at any retail location where Shaesby is sold, nor do we accept returns and exchanges for merchandise purchased through our stockists.

To initiate an exchange or return, please:

  • Contact us to receive a complimentary return shipping label.
  • Prepare items for shipment
    • Make sure your items are in their original condition and with all packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and returned to the sender.
    • Be sure to include your invoice with your exchange or return, or a note including your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
  • Ship your return using our complimentary label.

Once your merchandise is received at the studio, we will promptly process your return and credit your original payment method. Returns are processed within 1 to 2 business days but may take longer to credit your bank account.

Shaesby is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.

Return & exchange exceptions:

  • Engraved or special order items are final sale.
  • Custom bridal pieces are final sale.
  • Eternity band exchanges and/or returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Please note eternity bands cannot be resized. Contact us for a complimentary ring sizer if you are unsure of your size or visit our Ring Size Guide for more information.

Gift Card Purchases

Purchases made with a Shaesby e-Gift Card will be refunded back to the gift card used. If a difference was paid in addition to the gift card, that portion will be refunded to its original payment method.

Account & Order History

Create a Shaesby account for fast and easy checkout and to check the status of your current order. Here, you can change your mailing and billing addresses, name, password, and view your order history.

If you already have an account, you can update your account information by logging into your account.
